Hi everyone! It's time for me lose weight (again). Thanks to some disabilities / illnesses I have gained back a lot of the weight I lost the first time around with SparkPeople. Thankfully I know for a fact that the SparkPeople lifestyle does really work when needing to lose some weight.

The first time around I lost 40 pounds and kept it off for years. Now I'm needing to lose most of that again. So I figured I would try a different community to make this more interesting, so here I am!

If anyone has questions about SparkPeople or how I lost the weight the first time, I'm happy to answer or help as I can. Of course, since I'm doing this a little different, I just may be asking the questions as well!!
