I admire........... my sister who is very athletic.......golf, ski, racket ball, swim, tennis, dance, aerobics, canoe..................and more she is always up for a challenge.

Cheese please....

Challenge.......... committing myself to the entire process.

Spark.........has something for everyone and the site is so efficient in the way it is set up.

My friend Chad, he's gone from a couch potato, to losing 50lbs and now training for a marathon and doing dragon boat / kayak

Rapure (it's an Acadian dish.)

4.) What is your biggest challenge in losing weight or trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

Losing motivation... falling off track and trying to get back on is hard. Reworking the diet side of things. I've discovered I don't eat enough fruits and veggies.

5.) What is your favorite thing about Sparkpeople so far?

The people.. the people make it good.. I love the support we get from our team mates as they know what challenges we are going through and are there to lend a hand.

All those that have lost much weight and have kept it off. As we all know, it's not an easy task.

I'd say bread, but I have I've given it up along with all grains and processed food.


4.) What is your biggest challenge in losing weight or trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

For me, it's been to exercise, be it doing a cardio video or to go for a stroll around the neighborhood.


5.) What is your favorite thing about Sparkpeople so far?

My favorite thing about SP thus far has to be the food and exercise tracker. Love them both!

I admire Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper. They both inspire me so much and have been with me (in the form of workout dvds and Jillian's podcast) throughout my whole journey so far.

3.) Name one food you just can't give up.

In the past I would have said chips... but now I'm not so sure. Seriously, chips were my downfall in the past. I learned to limit myself by buying those value packs of single serving chips that you'd normally put in your child's lunch box or something... and I would have one of those every day. But now I've gotten to the point where I really don't feel like having them every day, so now I'm not so sure of how to answer this question properly.

4.) What is your biggest challenge in losing weight or trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

Sometimes when I have a really bad day, I get the "I don't care" attitude and I need to remind myself to stay on track. Luckily I don't get that attitude very often, but when it comes around it's hard to deal with.

5.) What is your favorite thing about Sparkpeople so far?

I love the nutrition and fitness trackers and also being able to see my progress from when I began. Actually being able to see that the numbers are going down for my measurements and weight, and the numbers for my calories burned are going up, it helps keep me going.

Ashley Tisdale. She's gorgeous and she tweets about how she goes to the gym and works out and etc., even though going to the gym "isn't glamorous"

MEAT.

4.) What is your biggest challenge in losing weight or trying to live a healthier lifestyle.
Sugaaaar! I'm doing keto so I'm crazy low carb (like 15-20 non fibrous carbs a day max), and sugar is a huuuuuuuuuge one. :( I love it so much. I'll miss you ice cream, brownies, deep fried donuts...

5.) What is your favorite thing about Sparkpeople so far?
I like how easy it is to track mah shizzle. And that I can customize what I want. I'm able to change my micro-nutrient range so I know when I'm hitting 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs instead of the recommended 50% carb thing. :x

I'm not real sure on this one. But I admire all the people on here who have lost 100+ lbs. It gives me the encouragement that it can be done.

Sweets. Can't narrow it down to just one.

Just one? :) I think my emotional eating and overcoming those cravings. I also have a very difficult time staying motivated. I've lost 20+ lbs over the years on here and then let something get in the way and lose my motivation.

I do really really well for about 4 weeks and then I just fizzle out. I will lose around 20 pounds and then gain it all back. Its like I lose my motivation and it isn't "fun" anymore. I need to get past that

I like so much about the site, but my favorite it the trackers and graphs. I love to see how I am doing!

Having just seen the BLC finale, Olivia and Hannah are probably it right now.

3.) Name one food you just can't give up.

Oh, doughnuts and french fries are my weakness! I now avoid the McDonald's Redbox's because as soon as I smell the fries, I am done, I can't seem to stop myself from going through the drive-thru. I do okay at the grocery store passing by the doughnut case, but someone from my family seems to feel the need to bring a dozen home about once a week or so, and I haven't found the willpower yet to turn one down. (It would be helpful if they would buy the kinds I don't like, but they never do!)

4.) What is your biggest challenge in losing weight or trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

Staying motivated when I have a set back. For example, one week I did everything right and lost 5 pounds. The next week, again, I did everything right and gained 4 pounds back. That sent me into a tailspin and over the next 2-3 weeks, before I got my motivation back, I gained another 6 pounds (so 10 pounds total).

5.) What is your favorite thing about Sparkpeople so far?

There are a lot of things I love about SP, like I love that it tells me approximately how many calories a day I can eat and how many I need to burn to hit my weight loss goals, I love that they will provide a daily "menu" if you would like, but I think what I love the most, is all the support from all the people.

I admire being an athlete the most, all are great admirations though!

Nutella, it's oh so delicious, but i only buy it once on a rare occassion because i will eat it all in one sitting.... :(

Not bingeing and sabotaging myself. I get comfortable and assume that I can ooohhh eat this or that and skip out on working out. i am my own worse enemy!

My name is Josephine Rice. I live in Missouri. When it comes to losing weight, I always admire all those in the biggest loser especially Olivia of this past season. I wonder to myself if is really for real??????
The one food I just cant give up is rice and plantain. My biggest challenge in losing weight is not been able to do enough exercise because am always so lazy to work out and I dont have any motivator, I believe if i have someone motivating or pushing me, I might be able to do more than am currently doing.
My favourite thing about sparkspeople is meeting great people and friends that are always encouraging me that I can do it

Good ol' american hotdogs. I've worked around cookies, but I allow myself a hotdog every now and again.

I'm an emotional eater, definetly when I get really upset. So I'm trying to find new ways to beat that side of me.
