Hiit workout has been going ok. I needed a couple breaks but the moves are easy to do so I feel accomplished when I finished. Some ones I've tried before are hard to get into position and its more frustrating then effective. I also started a sports rec league with my sister, husband and brother-in-law. I can't believe how much I could actually do!

1. Walk the dog
2. pick up last ingredients for crockpot dinner (prepping for tomorrow)
3. pick up more dog poop from the winter now that we have a couple nice days (its was raining and snowing last week its soooo late to have snow yuck)

1. Walk Logan now that the weather is some what better and we are all bored of being couped up
2. Unload and reload the dishwasher
3. either put all items back in storage room (furnace broke and we had to take out some boxes to have room to get it fixed) or do 30min of hand washing dishes.

These are the 2 challenges I am working on right now. I don't have a super strong core so they are both helping and I have to really push to get it done. Its amazing how just a couple moves can still build up a good sweat.

Today's goals
1. Its my husbands birthday so make dinner and eat cake without regret
2. complete the next day of challenges
3. put away laundry I washed yesterday
4. make resume - I know its extra but I stumbled across a really good job opportunity. My resume got deleted so I need to make a new one. I hope to apply by tomorrow.

Oooh travelling sounds so good right now! have a good trip

1. make sure we eat leftovers and don't buy fast food!
2. go to stitch and bitch tonight (I get busy at home and then talk myself out of going a lot)

1. Get chicken in the crockpot before I leave for work
2. Go to choir (missed last week for sick dog and the week before for a sick husband)

how was the concert @MONIQUEDVA

1. buy all ingredients and things I need for cupcake order that I'm delivering tomorrow
2. cuddle with my dog, we had a bad health scare this week, he was in the vet emergency over night and we are starting to see him healing, but need to show my love, sure brings reality up when something like that happens
3. laundry at least get it washed and laid out today, I can put it away tomorrow.

First time in a long time I actually completed all 3! Grateful for this list as I kept thinking about it whenever I wanted to just sit and watch TV!

I’m late in the day but this is when I need to follow through the most so here goes

@MONIQUEDVA I like the All the things I didn't do yesterday, I have a big list of those things all the time! and yes it would be fun to get together with so much in common!

1. Walk the dog
2. make salmon - including some for later in the week to be prepared (vacuum seal to have it last a few days)
3. choir practice - and go to bed right when I get home no more staying up too late!

@K-RAE82 we could totally be BEST friends if we weren't clear across a continent & if I could drive in SNOW! LOL! I would LOVE to go to choir practice & crochet club & help in your garden!!! And then we could work out together! LOL! ALL the good intentions!!!

Choir practice was good. I was by far the youngest but everyone seemed nice. They give hints and tips but you are not singled out which makes me comfortable

Today
1. Yoga stretches
2. Eat leftovers. Try to have less food waste
3. Go to crochet club. Work on the toque I just learned how
