Try not to stress about other people's opinions :-) Find the weight in which you think you look and feel healthy and strive to maintain that! Just remember "opinions are like buttholes- everybody has one, but we don't need it shoved in our face" emoticon

I'm not new, but have been going up and down within the 160s for a while. The top of the healthy BMI range for my height is 159. I've been there a couple times before and felt very good physically but people tend to tell me I look too thin (even though 160s is technically overweight for me). It's a bit of a mental hurdle for me to get over, as I want to reach my goal of getting down to the weight where I feel comfortable but also need to stop worrying so much about what people think.
