Hi all!

I am back on the wagon again. I lost a lot of weight back in 2007 and have slowly been gaining it back and now I am committed to losing again, the right way! I peaked at 168.4lbs two weeks ago and now am about 165. I hope to eventually reach 145... seams like a long shot, but with your guys' support I know I can! Hope to chat with you all soon and best wishes to my fellow 160ers!

If you live healthy, it is much easier to live happily.

Things I'm working on now:
Portion control
Eating when hungry only
Eating more fruit (fruit smoothies 1x daily)
Eating more veggies
(lots of veggies in sandwiches and at dinner)
Eating less bread (only toast or cereal, and sandwich bread, minimal bread at dinner)

 current weight: 149.0
