Good for catching it before you lost control. You can do it. At college there is so many easy ways to get in some exercising without really exercising. I know you can do this.

Sitting at 161.4 here ..and quite angry about it!! Started College and realized ITS TRUE! you do gain weight when studying if not careful ..Went up to 167.8 and decided ENOUGH's ENOUGH!! Time to get back to the 140's I worked so hard to get to two years ago!! I AM TAKING BACK MY BODY!! WHO'S WITH ME!!!?!!
