Since we were out and about before we'd eaten breakfast, my fiance asked if I'd like to stop by a fast food restaurant. Instead, I talked him into going to the grocery store with me where we bought items such as fresh fruit and veggies and yogurt. He thanked me for keeping us on track.

Today I'm counting down until my vacation: 4 days left. Also, my pants have felt a little looser this week. That's pretty nice. And I'm much more aware of what I put in my mouth.

Ladydiscipline, bellydancing sounds like so much fun and great exercise.

As for me, today...

I didn't give in to the snack machine, and stayed within my calorie range again. Yeah!!!!

I feel good today because I had a great appointment with my diabetes doctor who was so thrilled with all my progress and test results that I can discontinue insulin injections in a few days. I am looking forward to saying adios to syringes, sharps containers and insulin vials.

I feel good because my workout is done already even though I was really sore from yesterday. Tomorrow I'll hit a bit more cardio then. Loosen some stuff up.

Today I....

Stayed within my calorie range and didn't feel hungry,
Walked 30 minutes during lunch time,
Didn't feel sluggish around 3:00 pm like I usually do.
