WHEN DO YOU LIKE TO EXERCISE: When do I like to ..in the mornings..when DO I..in the evenings! LoL..I am not an early bird but wish I was so I can workout first thing in the morning. I try..I really do but I always end up working out when dinner is cooking :)

DO YOU ESTABLISH MINI GOALS FOR YOURSELF: Not really - I know I should though..

HOW DO YOU REWARD YOURSELF: Good question..I reward myself by seeing a small 3 on the scale and my clothes falling off! hahahaha I shop all the time and like to go out and pamper myself SO the reward to me is actaully seeing all my hard work pay off no the scale and the way my clothes fit! :)

WHEN DO YOU LIKE TO EXERCISE: as a part of my day, not an addition to it. I became a bicycle commuter and suddenly it's not hard to 'find a time' to exercise, because if I want to get into the city for class, I have to cycle 30 minutes! it's great!

DO YOU ESTABLISH MINI GOALS FOR YOURSELF: yes!

HOW DO YOU REWARD YOURSELF: I have a milestone reward plan... there are things on it like a cut & colour at the salon, a new seat for my bike, nice running shoes, etc depending on the closeness to my goal

WHAT IS YOUR GOAL WEIGHT: 190. Ten pounds at a time. Final weight will reveal itself.

WHEN WOULD YOU LIKE TO REACH YOUR GOAL WEIGHT: June, I average about a pound a week and it is getting harder.

MARITAL STATUS: Married like a matched pair of old slippers.

KIDS: blended family of five and lots of GK's too!

PETS: Buddy is Jack/Shepherd and Sasha is Collie/Aussie. Freckles and Ceasar are both Kathadin sheep, Whiskers is the sometimes yellow cat and Stubby is the tailless raccoon who resides in our blackberries and shares food with Whiskers. They both have at least three other homes too.

HOW DO YOU REWARD YOURSELF: Buying myself Deathly Hallows part one, because I made it to Onederland. Haven't thought too much about it otherwise. I like to treat myself by doing something fun with the grandkids, I have bought seeds and stuff for gardening. I buy yarn and books. Once in awhile I go to a movie.

HOW DO YOU REWARD YOURSELF: hmmm...so far I have lost 8lbs and I have not really rewarded myself...I will start with little things. I would like new workout clothes, shoes, pedometer..things like that. Mani and pedi, hair cut/color.
