I was into the doctor; 10 pounds loss; blood pressure good. Staying focus as I sprint to the ideal size for me.

Great work. Unless they cut you up and divide the fat, water, bones, etc you really don't know what you lost.

11 pounds gone takes so much pressure off of your body, especially your joints. keep up the great work.

I am down 10.8 lbs!!!! Yay!!!!! Granted, part of that is water weight from me holding water due to a pseudotumor, but still, it is still a weight loss! I am below 290 now!!!

10/5/19 My spread sheet keeps track of my numbers. So if you see inconsistencies it is because weight fluctuates. These are my numbers for today.

Weight 215.8 I am sore I had hit 213.8 Yesterday
Lost since resparking May 28th 36.4 pounds
Total lost since finding Spark 53.9
I measure 11 places I have lost 32.5 inches
BMI since May 42.19 down to 37.62 I got a skin fold tool and it calculated to almost the same
Waist to hip ratio finally budged. 96 down to 89

Back in April 2016 I had climbed to 250 lbs, at that time to me Enough was Enough, so I began keeping a food journal, attended a weight management workshop 12 weeks at our Center for Healthy Living, which provided us with 10 free sessions at Purdue CoRec and I had never been one to exercise like that in my life, I took advantage of it for free, then joined until April 2019 when they changed software and we could no longer get it taken out of our pay, I've been so busy this Spring/Summer and Fall that I've not had a chance to get back over there and get a new membership set up to take it out of my bank account. I still watch what I eat, and during those months my co-worker and I tried to walk almost everyday for 30 minutes after we ate lunch so I wasn't inactive and there is plenty to see on campus! Now as of August my Purdue bowling league has started back up every wed. night I get 2 hours worth of lifting a 12.5 bowling ball and moving around. I am now 3 years later as of October 1st 217.6 lbs, and as I mentioned will be joining the co-rec again in near future, I would like to get down to 175 lbs and then I'll re-evaluate and continue from there!

Have lost 8 lbs so far, looking up. Feeling better with limited carbs. Working more on doing low impact chair aerobics.
