It's super handy when using one of the Spark Recipes to be able to just add it to my tracker. I need to do better about marking foods as favorites so that I can easily access them again when tracking.

my cooking has gotten me into trouble on many occasions. I mean with the addition of or the withdraw of something . really changes the taste at times when you substitute an item with something else

I am always tweaking recipes by usually eliminating things I don't like, but overall, it makes it so easy to track. Just found a bunch of salad recipes I will be trying in the coming weeks.

@CROUQUETCOURT that's a great Tip. But I personally never follow a recipe, except for baking. There's always something I don't like about it. But for calorie counting very helpful!!

My tip is to follow a recipe when preparing meals. It makes it easy to put the ingredients into the tracker and you don't have to guess quantities or portions. I 've put together an expanding file with healthy recipes I pull from to plan and Grocery shop. I am always on the hunt for interesting recipes.
