I have a Fitbit flex 2. It’s an old model but I can swim with it and it’s simple so I really like it (new bands are in the mail right now as I have worn this one out) I also just joined weight watchers so I will be tracking both food and fitness over a few apps. I do food on spark and WW. Exercise on my Fitbit and it is synced with Spark to make it fast and easy.

I have used the Fitbit Charge HR/HR2 in the past and really liked them. This past Thanksgiving, I upgraded to the Fitbit Versa and love it because it's waterproof which my Charge wasn't at the time. (They may be now.)

I primarily use it for steps and sleep although it's helpful to see heart rate. The versa also allows me to see texts/phone numbers from my phone when they come through so I can more discreetly check to see if I need to respond rather than having to pull out my phone.

As far as eating plan, I try to limit my sodium and processed foods trying to stick with the American Heart Assn plan.

I have 3 Fitbits but use the Charge 3 the most. I didn't think much of them to start, but I kind of got used to seeing how many steps, my heart rate and how I slept. I can also use it swimming. I actually miss it when I'm charging it. I also like that you can change bands. So, I am happy with it.

Keep on Sparking! It really works!

I have a Vivofit 3. I used it to count steps/miles/sleep. I don't like the way it calculates calories burned or intense activity so I just ignore that. Doesn't have to be charged and it's waterproof. And I bought a selection of bands to change it out since I didn't like original. Sleep would be more accurate if I actually had a set sleep schedule

I recently got the Garmin vivofit 3 and really like it.
Here's why I chose this one...

Price

Don't have to charge the battery

Tracks sleep (though in my case not 100% accurate however was already told that would be the case)

Can be worn in the pool to track water exercising

And I think it calculates calories burned too & possibly more. (I just use it for the steps & pool)

Oh and you can get different bands which are super easy to switch.

I used the Fitbit Blaze for over a year and really liked it. Craig just upgraded my tracker to a Fitbit Ionic. The Blaze needed to be recharged every 3 days, but the Ionic goes 5 days between charges.
I wear my Fitbit constantly and use if for steps, heart rate, sleep, and a bunch of other things. I've never tried syncing it with Spark.
I would recommend the Fitbit Ionic to anyone. Although a bit pricey, it is well worth the cost!

Do you have a Fitness Tracker? What do you have? Likes/Dislikes? Would you recommend this to someone else? Does it work with Spark tracking? Do you use it to track just steps or sleep, blood pressure, heart rate, and all the other things they track?

Ask Tracker questions etc. This topic comes up frequently. There are always questions.

Share you Eating Plans in this forum also.
