I gave Day 1 a shot, but did some serious modifications. Definitely not for a beginner. Day 2 was very enjoyable using the modification techniques. I'm eager to see if I can actually do real sit-ups by the end and non-modified push-ups. I want to be more active with my children and regain strength.
