I'm new to the site and just stumbled across your team. I believe this is EXACTLY what I need. Mini-challenges to keep me focused on "now" rather than allowing myself to become overwhelmed with the total amount of weight I want to lose. Yes, I still need to lose it all....but I find it less stressful to focus on what I need to do today...or this week. Set a goal and work towards it. Makes the journey more enjoyable and less stressful. I can challenge myself each week, set new goals, try new foods, new exercises.

I'm only 5 days into the program but I hope I'm able to sustain the excitement and motivation to reach my goals and STAY THERE!!!

I am back on this weight loss journey. I've done it before and I can do it again...but this time I will develop the tools and habits to MAINTAIN and keep moving forward. My biggest challenges are to find positive ways to deal with stress and to stop beating myself up when I make a little mistake. Not every day will be a perfect day, and when it isn't...just get up and keep pressing forward.

Excited and Ready for a Change!!!
