We all have struggles with eating healthy and then not and when I'm really struggling bad, I like to look back to the beginning of why I joined SP in begin with. That makes me remember how scared I was of passing away like my sister because of her bad health and because of seeing some of those same symptoms in me. I remembered that I have to be the one to change, because noone else can do it for me. I'm in complete control of the choices I make. I do know too that it has really helped me to track my food and exercise, even if it's only 10 minutes! Hopefully this can help you a little anyway. Good luck to you! We're all in this together! emoticon

Hi. I turned 40 last year and was on a mission to be as fit as ever. I have since jumped off the wagon and am back to my yo-yoing ways. I know how to lose, I am just finding it hard to get going again. I'm hoping to find a way to be accountable on a daily basis. Any suggestions??? Thanks!
