Hi! Mscny (Nicole) I'm at the point where I am tired of the yo-Yo dieting and really want to see lasting weight loss and serious change in eating habits. I am a new stay at home mom, so I find myself nibbling on all the wrong things throughout the day!!! I need some help in that area so the desire is here, I just feel defenseless against cupcakes, cookies all the sweet things that have attached to my waistline!! Any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated!
