Hi everybody,

I'm in Toronto and this is the first week that I've used Leslie's DVD and I really like it. It's a bit more intense than I expected! My hips are on fire!

Hello everyone. I am Christi from the beautiful MS Gulf Coast. I just finished doing a 4-mile walk with Leslie and while I was walking I was wondering if there was a Leslie team on Spark and sure enough there were several. I have walked on and off with Leslie for many years and recently I have been walking with my sister around her neighborhood but for some reason walking like that is killing my knees. I remembered that walking with Leslie never seemed to cause me any pain so today I put in her DVD and guess what? NO PAIN. Yay!!!!

I live in Massachusetts, south of Boston. I love Leslie Sansone tapes/now DVD's,... have been walking consistently with her since 2002 and have many of her offerings,.. most recently ordered Eat-Walk and Lose from QVC when she introduced it there,......

Thank goodness I found the 2 & 3 mi. tapes at a local rummage sale over the weekend....have done the 2 mi. - it's great! Just right for evening workouts at my current fitness level!

Hello, I'm from Maryland emoticon I started walking with Leslie Sansone last week, it's hard but I'm getting threw it.

On my fitness tracker I'm putting 15 min. low impact intense aerobics and 15 min. High intense aerobics

Is that the way all of you enter it on your tracker?
