Keep up the good work. Every little step is a step closer to your goal. I am learning the hard way to not look at the number on the scale, but to pay more attention to how my body feels. And man do I feel great compared to just January. Welcome to the team. I hope to make this a fun experience for all of us.

"I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

I started working for Kroger shortly before opening our new store. I work in the deli so I get to see a lot of food all of the time. As busy as the store has been since opening in March, I get a good workout on the days I am there. I recently received a Samsung Galaxy S4 as a late birthday present a little over a week ago. I am thrilled because I not only am able to put the SparkPeople app on it but it also came with a walking app. I get over 10k steps when I am working, which ends up being over 5 miles. It gives me a way of seeing how busy I am. Unfortunately, I have not lost much. My weight keeps fluctuating back and forth by about 4 lbs. I am 52 now, menopausal, and am on medication for hypothyroidism so, it's slow going. I am starting kettlebells again this week and plan to add yoga soon, too. I have a huge amount of weight to lose and, while my body doesn't appear to be changing much, I know it is reshaping, at least. My stomach seems to not be so saggy, baggy and is firming up some. So, I will take my achievements and wins as I get them.
