Hi Team -- I joined today and happy to be here. I have started the #FBReach program today and now have my baseline for better fitness. I have been exercising regularly for about 3 months now and have lost 18 pounds so far and I hope to keep it going by adding some new variety. Good luck to the rest of you today!

I think I'm going to do this challenge again because I'm a bit slow in doing some exercises. I also bought their first 8-week program for busy people, but I got sick during the holidays, so I wasn't able to start it.

Hello! I discovered Fitness Blender a month ago, and I tried their Low Impact 4-week program. I really like their approach and philosophy towards fitness. Right now, I'm trying out their free 5-day program for Busy People.

I'm excited to join this group. I'm hoping to find some support to help me reach my fitness goals. I just restarted my Sparkpeople goals, so I'm considering this as a new beginning. Looking forward to chatting with everyone.

Hi Mapgirl & welcome to the team!

I am fairly new to FitnessBlender, but extremely happy with their approach and programs. One thing I really like is that I am following their programs, and I don't have to evaluate or decide on a good session to do next - it is there in the program and I am getting a great mix of cardio, strength, flexibility, balance, stamina etc. I have achieved outstanding results in 6 weeks

For you, the 5 day workouts for busy people (sounds like you qualify LOL) would work great.

Anyhow, I am glad that you joined our team, and hope you keep us posted on your progress.

Welcome mapgirl! Fitnessblender has hundreds of videos ( 600+) with a vast variety of types of workouts. I use only Fitness Blender videos as far as workouts. It's not that I don't mind other people of videos. I'm just comfortable with them and how clear they are with the directions on stance and how to adjust to really get them muscles to burn.

You should try one of their 8 week videos. If you are uncertain about their 8 week programs try one of the two free 5 day challenge. It's worth checking out!

Hello Everyone! I just discovered Fitness Blender and I love it. I really need a lot of variety in my home workouts so I use Fitness Blender, Jessica Smith TV, Bikini Body Mommy Challenge, and DVD workout from my personal collection and the library. I am a 36 y/o working mom of 5 and I need to lose 45 pounds.

Hi Team!

I am fairly new to Fitness Blender, and am really loving the website and workouts. I am half way through the 4 week low impact program and am amazed at the results that I am feeling already - improved balance, flexibility, strength, stamina, functional fitnes, etc etc. I find the workouts very challenging, but mostly do-able.

I was hoping to find other folks to discuss workouts - we don't look like a very active team right now. How are you other team members doing on your routines?

I am so so glad to have found you guys! I thought I'd have to make up a Fitness Blender team! Yay that it's already here!

I've came to SP in '09 and with the help of the trackers and DVD's, lost around 90 pounds. A year of inactivity and I"ve gained some of that back and have hardly any clothes that fit anymore. AND I'm just proud enough that I don't want to buy the size (or two) up that I am now and admit defeat.

I found FB last year, and did some workouts here and there and just love how Kelli and Daniel work!

I'm really trying to get back into a routine, including using FB as well as some of my tried and true DVD's from the past.

Kelli and Daniel are great trainers! Love seeing the new workouts they are coming up with. I really like the HIIT and the strength training-that's how I lost all my weight before.

Hello! I love fitnessblender! It has helped me so much living overseas to keep my fitness up and interesting. I adore the set up, it allows me to listen to my own music, plus their voices are very soothing and encouraging. Plus the site is super user friendly, which is always great!

I don't know if I could pick a favorite. When I started doing their workouts I found I was saving pretty much every one to "my favorites" on their site so I quit adding them.
Yesterday I did: Cardio + Lower Body Toning - 44 Min Better Booty Tabata Workout with Yoga Cool Down & Stretch

Today I did: Kelli's Upper Body Workout for Arms, Shoulders and Upper Back - Upper Body Superset Workout
It was my first time for that one. I loved that it was all weights. But I'm noticing that my elbows feel sore. I wonder if I was doing something wrong?

I see that you enjoy their HIIT workouts. They are my favourites too. I think FB has the best HIIT cardio workouts ever. And they keep getting better and better. Which ones do you like most? Have you tried their last step workout yet?

I LOVE Fitness Blender! I'm so glad there is a team where I can talk to others about how awesome Kelli & Daniel are. I know NO ONE else who does their videos.

I run 3 days a week, when the weather co-operates. This winter has been pretty cruel so I haven't been getting my miles in. I do a FB workout on my non run days. I think their HIIT, tabata, & plyo workouts are helping me to keep my stamina up.

Its so nice to meet you and I'm so glad to find another fan of Fitness Blender. Hopefully this team will grow soon. I have a feeling it will.

I am a big fan of at home workouts. Right after my daughter Emma was born in 2009, I was able to go from 218 down to 139 in a year with at home workouts. I did a lot of Biggest Loser workouts and finally got into fantastic shape by doing the Insanity Program. Now, I'm really motivated to get the extra weight off that I put on with my daughter Brooklyn. I was a little slower at getting motivated this time, but I am really ready. I am doing the first round of the 8 week fat loss program now, but definitely will do alot more of their programs.

There are so many fitness people that can get on my nerves, but I love these guys!

Hi Tifanie! I'm Fei! I've been following Fitness Blender since 2011 and for a long time, it was the only you tube channel that I was using to workout. I've done their first and second 8 week fat loss programs, I do have all of their programs though, plus their 4 week meal plan. I mostly love their HIIT cardio workouts and for me they are the best in the whole world (I'm a cardio freak!!) Recently I started mixing things up and using some other channels too, I guess my body (or mostly my mind) needs a change, but for my cardio I always end up at fitnessblender.com. I still remain crazy about them.
I hope this team grows so that we can get to meet more members loving FB!!

My name is Tifanie and I started here back in 2009 right after I gave birth to my daughter. Using the nutrition tracker and having the support of the website helped me take off all the baby weight, plus I got into the best shape of my life. I had another baby a year ago and have struggled to get back on track.

I like finding workouts that I can do from home that doesn't require a lot of equipment. I found these free workouts on Fitness Blender's website and just signed up for the 8 week program.

I searched SparkPeople and didn't see a team for people using their website to get into shape.

I just made myself an 8 week calendar starting this week and ending on March 31st. I think this will be a good way to keep myself motivated and have a good jump start before summer.

I am looking forward to meeting more people and supporting each other through this journey.
