My DD and SIL just completed, she lost 16 pounds...with many more to go, he lost 12, not sure where they came from because he is quite lean. They both feel better.
So....my DH and I started yesterday, March 29th.
All tips appreciated.

I'd completed the Whole 30 in January. Slowly, as soon as I started to include other foods into my plan, carbs started taking over. Now I want to figure out how to include grains and other foods after finishing the Whole 30 and sticking with the plan.
