Take your time, follow the tools that are in spark, get into a daily fitness and nutrition plan. emoticon emoticon and never give up! emoticon together! emoticon emoticon

I have pre diabetes, A1C is 7.1 my goal is to lose 70 lbs. by my birthday 22 Jan. 2015. But right now I need to lose 20 lbs in 8 weeks. Does this sound like to much? I don't want to disappoint my Dr.
