Welcome to both of you! Read something light, do some light stretches, deep breathing and think happy thoughts...nothing stressful. I also use a Bath and Body Works wallflower (plug-in) with french lavendar as the fragrance; it is very soothing and I think it helps to promote sleep too!

Yup I have the same issues. I know what to do but can't seem to apply it. Even when I do get to sleep early I tend to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep. Or I am sleepy until I crawl into bed then wide awake. I hope something here helps. Oh yeah, I am new and this is my first post also!

I'm new to spark people. This is my first team. This is even my first post. I hope you all can help me learn the ropes. I've been having trouble sleeping lately. I know I need a more consistent sleep schedule. I took the sleep quiz and got a 9/10. I guess that means I know what I should be doing and I just need to apply it. Here's hoping that sleep will come my way!
