I had done this challenge 4 ish years ago. At that time if I slept for 10 mins It was a SURPRISE !! I went through this with a friend and team mate (Maryanngi) and am encouraging her to also come on back. Perhaps we are keeping each other awake by doubting if we'll sleep that night? I DOES make a difference !
My foot is in a cast,,, which HURTS quite bit !! I'll be in it for about 4 weeks,, perhaps 3 up to 6 weeks,,, hoping I'll go back into the normal cast. This one has 2 support stocking against the leg, foot. Thats making it TIGHT around my ankle !! Or the wound clinic can figure something out so it's NOT as bad.
I NORMALLY exercise 60 to 90 mins over the past 3 days NONE. Grrr cast ! I NEED to burn off the cals,,, oops cast gets changed on Weds. Tomorrow I WILL Force myself to do some yoga. Strangely I can do some on my bed,,, there's NO WAY I can off the floor. I WANT TO SLEEP AGAIN !! I had been til I hit a mania 8 weeks ago. That is much under control (thoughts, spending being impulsive moves) are all back to normal, during that yeah the sleep went OUT OF THE WINDAH !!
