I also have blood sugar issues so finding sweets or food in general that I am not allergic to, is not a trigger food or blah blah blah can be a lil tricky

Great job and welcome!! I started a few years ago, and still struggle with my weight. I am type 1 diabetic, so I struggle every day to not grab the sugar. I can keep the other food group portions in control, but the sugar! Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!! Congratulations for joining such a wonderful program!

I am new here

I am married with 3 kidz. I am trying to get healthier, and eat healthier. but I don't think I have eat alfalfa paste everyday to EAT healthy, y'know?
