Hi everyone. I am new to this team. I am 58 years old and about 17 lbs over my desired weight. Since joining Sparks I have been able to make an improvement in my life style. I am now eating properly and I exercise.

The question I have: I have difficulty eating as much as suggested. Would it be OK to take Boost or Ensure on the days that I do not have enough protein or on days that I really am not hungry?

I'm back at spark wanting to loose 60 pounds.Loved all the topics.
I am looking for recipes with out feeling like I'm eating cardboard....And such.
It's taken me awhile to come back,so when I saw your team & looked in it sounds like what I've been looking for.
I'm not an experimentor,but will try others ideas.
