I could not believe it when I saw the team goals!!!! They are exactly the same as my personal goals!!!
I am a huge foodie (pun intended? lol) and I refuse to sacrifice taste for a low calorie count... I mean sure I will bend... I have no problem sprinkling flax seed in my oatmeal for instance but NEVER having cured meat, white flour, white sugar or a hamburger again? Forget it!
I also really LOVE to cook... so I have been experimenting with lots of different types of food, cuisines and cooking methods...I love to share what I know and love to be informed :)
