thank you for your encouragement. i followed a regular diet by the nutritionist .i lost about 15kgs,but i still need to loose another 15kgs.and i`m exercising in a gym for about three hours per week.

Welcome to the the Team Jouhaina. I know how difficult it cane be to lose weight. Do you track your food and exercise. I have found these 2 tools have been extremely helpful for me. Before I started tracking I was not really aware of how much I was really eating (this was I ho true eye opener for me.)

i`m jouhaina .55years old . i`m a teacher. i need your help to reduce my weight .i`m 80kig.i`ve been dieting for 8 months but still have a belly.i`m also practicing sport and sauna in a gym . but i`m not loosing much weight,i`ve joined this team to help me to reach my goal.
