Good Evening Beautiful People - Just cruising SP and looking for some more motivational teams and came across this one.

I am forever on a weight loss and fitness journey. I do not have a whole lot of weight to lose; just 30 pounds but I have been trying to lose that 30 lbs for over five yes. I figure I must not be that dang motivated. So here I am back on SP and making a few strides.

Wishing each of you much success in your goals and I hope to be an active Team Member!

Exercise helps keep us fit. Our heart should experience a temporary overload. This term is used by astronauts when they are trained. Riding a bike helps to run full blood circulation. I recommend using bicycles special company bikesist.com/best-hybrid-bic

Looking forward to being with this group. I am recently retired. One of the things I hope to get help with is losing at least 45 pounds as I have also been diagnosed as a diabetic. Currently I have some injuries that do not allow me to participate in walking which is / was my exercise of choice.
