Hey Im Charonda and I finally got my dvds today! My husband is doing this with me too. We both want to get in shape. He needs to gain weight and I need to lose weight but we both need to add on some muscles! Today we are going to do the Fit Test. I will take measurements and picture afterwards.

Hello Everyone! My name is Cassie and I have been on Spark for a couple years now. I have lost 140 pounds and am trying to lose another 30-40 to get to goal. I am typically a long distance runner so this is a change for me. I am not used to the high intensity at all.I just did my fit test last night so I am ready to get insane! I love this workout, it gives me the calorie burn and sweat that I like while toning too. Have to get my pictures taken!!

Hi everyone!

I'm not exactly new to Insanity. I managed to complete month one, and started month two until I got discouraged.

I went on to try TurboFire, but into the second week I was really missing Insanity (weird I know). So I'm back starting over again. Only this time I'm doing an extended version because I'm mixing it up with strength training.

I know I will be able to complete it now...so excited!

I have also done the TurboFire thing and Insanity is great. I believe you will do just fine and maybe love it. I love all the sweat and my muscles quivering after the workout. emoticon

Hi, my name is Dina. I'm so glad I found this team. I am gong to start Insanity on monday. I've had the dvds for about a year now and I forgot all about them until a few nights ago when I saw an informercial for it. I'm nervous and excited to start it. Hi my name is Terrie and my 15 year old son and I started Insanity yesterday (June 21st, 2011). So far I am loving it. I love all the sweat and my muscles trembling afterwards. I was going to do TurboFire with this program but I do not know because this is really working me pretty good. I want to lose about 30 more pounds. I have already lost 65 pounds so I am almost there. I love all beachbody products. My husband has done P90X with great success. TurboFire is the reason I have lost the 65 pounds already.

My name is Crista and I was on HCG and lost about 60 lbs now I need some major toning and still have about 30 more lbs to lose. I'm starting Insanity this week and I'm hoping for some results and hopefully it will help me get more energized. I been researching this workout and it seems it has helped a lot of people so I'm going to give it a try!

Hey, I'm Pam and just started Insanity today. I actually just finished month 2 of ChaLEAN Extreme and was getting a little bored with the cardio in that program. So now I'm doing a CLX/Insanity hybrid with 3 days a week of CLX strength and 3 days a week of Insanity cardio. I have 2 months of CLX left so Insanity fits perfectly.
I did the Insanity Plyo today and it was great! It kicked my butt for sure!

Hello all! I have decided to give the Insanity workout a shot to see how I do. I am intimidated, but also excited. I will be starting on Monday. My biggest concern is whether I should do this workout before I go to work or before I go to bed, as I work third shift. I prefer to go right to bed when I get home and feel I get the most sleep this way, but if this workout is going to knock me out... I usually like the energy I have after a workout; I've never had to nap! lol

I look forward to having a place to turn to for support and motivation, as there is a good chance I will need it! :)

Hello! I'm Kel and a p90x grad, ready to tackle insanity. I know my weakness is going to be anything pushup related. I'm working with a trainer to help me with that because I have double jointed unstable shoulders.

My boyfriend and I just started insanity this past Monday and I can tell you that I have never been so tired after a workout video. I was planning to do this and P90X at the same time but after day two of Insanity I realize there is no way in hell i could do both. I hope I can stick it out and do the whole thing. I took a break yesterday b/c I was just to tired but i'm going to use that as my "rest day" and get back to it today. i'm very excited and hoping to see good results.

Hi!!! I just got Insanity and tried out the plyo video on Tues. Hardest workout I have ever done!!!! I look forward to starting at the end of the month. I am running a half marathon on May 29th so training takes up too much time right now. I look forward to the results!!!!

To the Insane:
I have been a member of spark people for some time, but haven't actively participated in spark teams. I want to hear success stories and at the same time share my success. Brief overview - I lost 90 lbs in about a 12 month period on a no-carb diet, very similar to the 'slow-carb diet'. I plateaued and the diet wasn't cutting it. So I made the decision to start exercising. I went from not exercising at all - and jumped into Insanity (wow, was the first 2 weeks tough.) I am currently on Day 43 of Insanity and have seen amazing results (only body recomposition). I started day 1 at 213 lbs. and I have fluctuated from 205-215 throughout the past 42 days. I have lost a total of 14.5 inches throughout my 7 areas of measurement (Each arm, each thigh, chest, belly, hips) For the most part I have stuck to the Insanity elite nutrition guide - taking in about 1900 calories/day. I've decided to make an adjustment and go back to the slow-carb diet. I know Insanity will get me to my goal weight!

Hello everybody!
I'm Deborah, and today was my first day of Insanity. I completed the first round of the fit test and then afterwards I just went into the first day of insanity(rather than waiting until the next day as the calendar says to do) with the Cardio Plyo DVD. The workout was incredibly intense but am already looking forward to tomorrow!!

Hey

I'm Jess. My hubby and I just did the fit test last night. I'm so excited about seeing what my body can do and getting way stronger. I plan on doing the workouts, and trying to get as much of the food in as I can. I can never seem to get the exercise and food together, but for these 60 days I'm going to try HARD to do it all. It's only 60 days...right....

Hey, I am Janelle and I started insanity a couple days ago. I am on day 6. It kills me but I love it. On the first day, I was about to gag and I bruised my leg because I gave up on push ups. It's hard but it's also makes me feel so alive. I hope I can stick with this. Good luck everyone!

hi all,
I did insanity last summer for a few months and saw great results. I'm planning on starting again today and hopefully can stick with it for the next few months as I will probably need to restart the program a few times to get down to a healthy weight.

I've just entered the recovery week. I love fitting in such an intense workout in 30-40 minutes. My heart rate monitor is my best friend during the workout; it tells me if I'm slacking or need a break. The meal plan doesn't fit with my life right now, so maybe I'll try that another time.

just ordered this and a heart rate monitor I cant wait to get started! I have been doing Bob harpers inside out methods dvds and i absolutely loved them... but, alas i am getting a little bored. I have a 10 month old who will be 11 mos shortley and i work. My time is limited but hopefully i get the 6 days in. Right now ive been working out 4-5 times a week for an hour everytime. Hopefully my fitness level is to where i wont be severly dying. I thought there couldnt be a harder workout then Bobs. And, hopefully i can do the meal plan to the t. I think that will be my biggest challenge because i love to eat unfortunately. Im very picky too i dont like alot of meat only chicken an turkey so if i dont like what they have ill probably just stick to my park nutrition. Does it really mattr as long as your getting the calories your supposed to be getting and not going over??

My name is Nicole and I have been doing Insanity for three days now. At first sore, but the warm up helps to alleviate the pain. Trying to get through a full work out without the kids wanting to climb on me when I get onto the floor exercise. I'm really liking this so far. It really pushes you to the limit. Now just to motivate myself to do this before work so I can get through a full routine! Ready to get back into my military shape when I first joined! emoticon

Hi! My name is Kylia and I am currently on day 9 of insanity and I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER! this is probably the only program I have tried that guarantees a SWEAT and to me thats important. I sweat during the warm-up and stretch! When I did one of Jillian Michaels DVD's well for one she used weights which caused me to become tired way too soon then when I did finish I had barely broke a sweat (which I did during winter and the heat was on) and I was in pain for days from 1 dvd. With insanity I am in pain but its a good pain and it doesnt leave me stiff. Plus I try to eat better consistently, other programs I would give in and eat a fatty meal with Insanity I constantly think about what I am eating which is good becuase my nosy 2 year old daughter mimic's me. I cannot wait to see my 60 day results, I am debating on sending in the before and after pic I do want to only to prove to myself that I CAN DO IT and the shirt would be proof! plus my body, lol. GOOD LUCK
