Sorry YELLOWBIRD. No wii-fit plus I have had since 2009.
I like it. Your running, hoola-hooping, all kinds of fun things.
It has aerobics, strength-training& yoga.
You can add your own work out or just pick a few.
It measure your weight, bmi& balance. It gives me excersizes do do if my balance is off to improve. It also stores your calories for each session( you set it to what you want). It gives you your Real age. I recommend getting this before your workouts.
It's fun. Walmart used to carry them.

I love to walk. Or walk using my wii-fit plus. Not much of a runner. Do jog also.
I try& get 1 hr(3 miles)or more in a day or 5 days a week or more( depends on body). Also arm-weights while walking. Use a 5 lb set for 20 minutes or 11 lbs for 10 mins.
I walk indoors more due to a disability.

Hi

I am new to this team but I enjoy walking and walk most every day. I usually follow a path that takes me about 3.2 miles. It takes about an hour.

Thanks for the welcomes on the team feed. They made me feel like I had some friends already.

Hi! My name is Karen and I have been taking virtual walks for a couple years now. The first walk I took was from my home in Michigan to my brothers home in Georgia. It was 722 miles and took me about 8 months. This year each of my coworkers picked a place in the continental United States and we put them in a bag and drew a the winner. This year I'm going from my home to Dallas, Texas. That will be about 1185 miles. I'm hoping to do well enough to make it there and part way back before this time next year.

Don't be afraid of trying and failing, be afraid of not trying at all. Trying leads to accomplishing. Accomplishing leads to success.

Sorry but I will not be able to do this after all I have a problem with my left hip and have been told I will need have a scan as I have trapped nerve and the arthritis is causing mobilty problems. so I am leaving the team.

Milton Keynes is roughly 46 miles Northwest of London in England.

I will be starting things in the NewYear as I have time off the computer over the Christmas period.

Hi I am Paula and I live in Milton Keynes England.
I am working on shedding weight and walking seems to be best option for me for exercise. I want to get fitter and cannot always get outside to walk but I can walk indoors using various videos from Youtube.

Hi Everyone! I joined the team last week, and am excited to embark on this new adventure and getting to know all of you. Seeing the miles add up is definitely an incentive. A little about me: I'm a single mom with two beautiful daughters, and 3 wonderful pets. I love to volunteer with a wildlife rehabilitation center when I have free time. I was raised in Alaska, out in the middle of the woods; so I love all things outdoors. I love to explore, and one day, I would love to actually drive across our awesome country ... perhaps following the route we're all currently walking! Good Luck to all of you!

Hello :)
My name is Angela and I'm fairly still new to SP but I'm learning,I'm a mother of 2 teeneagers which is a handful there,lol. I'm getting back into losing weight I had to quit due to sickness which turned out to be that I have acid reflux,and then found out that I have thyroid issues as well.I recently quit smoking for my children,so that's another healthy choice I made.I'm always up for a challenge it helps keep me working for my weightloss goal.I love meeting new people.
