Welcome to the team. I agree, it's a lot easier when you are in contact with others who havwe the same goals. I receive e-mails from diffrent teams I;m on with the new threads. It keeps me motivated and on track.

First of all, let me say bless you for what you do. My dad is in a nursing home with Alzheimer's disease; and in the past we needed in home care for my mom (following an accident). People like you, who take care of our loved ones, are priceless in my opinion.
Second, best of luck here at SP. It has made a huge impact in my life.

hi guys
sorry this late in coming. I joined sparkpeople a few months ago. Been quite busy with life trying to loose weight get fit and still find time to work as a Nurse's aide for a homecare company here in town. Would love to get to know people and be friends so we can support each other's in our goals. I don't know about you but its easier when when you have friends by your side. drop me a line would love to chat sometime
