My name is Judy and I'm excited to be on the team! Today's challenge of skipping, jumping jacks and hopping was great fun for me AND my son! He skipped right along with me outside in our court! He did one of the 5 sessions of marching in place with me, too.

Hi. I have been on Sparkpeople since 2008. Lost all the weight I needed and then put 20 lbs. back on. I like the idea of one thing to do each day and not really any equipment. From Denver, CO. Retired from teaching, two grandchildren: one in Minnesota and one here about a mile away. Sounds like a great team.

Hola! My name is Tiffany, I'm still sort of new to the site altogether. My main reason for losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle was because I want to live a long and healthy life! Even though I'm only 18, it still worries me. I don't want to be 40 or 50 and can't even walk. I've always been mostly inactive, when i was little I enjoyed running around and playing outside, however as I got older I let little things stop me. Maybe it was too cold or too hot and I preferred to just stay in the house and watch my favorite cartoons. So I went from a kid who loved to play to a kid who loved watching tv and eating junk food. Well that is going to change lol.

Hello to all! I've been on (and off - and on - and off... well, you get the picture) sparkpeople for quite some time now. My biggest challenges are consistency and nutrition. I used to have a third biggest challenge - which was a frustrating tendency to give up on myself. After facing a huge obstacle in late 2010 and finally gutting it out instead of bailing out, I finally broke my worst habit - I finally quit quitting on me.

So - now for the next bad habit! Consistency... I get bored, frustrated, distracted way too easily... this sounds like the perfect way to keep facing new and unique challenges every day! Plus, I need to really be pushing myself to new levels, since my big goal for 2012 is a half ironman triathlon in October. I've gotta get this weight off!

Thanks for the opportunity to come and play with all of you... looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Hi! I've been checking out different challenges and this one looks like the one that I need! Although I've been doing exercises in the other challenges it hasn't been consistent. DH and I signed up for a trainer at the gym with one session a week. At least from the exercise I started doing at Spark I was able to do some of the exercises there. We try to go once more during the week and do the exercises we did with her - sometimes that doesn't work. Also like the walking and cardio (Jumping Jacks) to do here since I've read that it's supposed to help with abs (that is one thing that has not gone down since I lost weight - at least not in the same proportion it did when I lost weight before). I do have to be careful with my left knee, lower back. Arms seem to be better now, woohoo!

Hi Everyone, I am Jen single mom of 2, full time school and work. Life has chewed me up and spit me out in the last two years. However I am tough and sick of surviving and ready to thrive.

I love this concept and hoping to find and add to the positivity and motivation.

Hello, my name is Hannah and I just decided to join this challenge today. I heard about SparkPeople from a friend and fellow co-worker. I've been tracking everything daily for going on three weeks now and saw this challenge and figured it would be an added way increase my progress on my workout goals. I am a soldier in the California Army National Guard, and I am currently serving a tour in Afghanistan. I started to gain wait when I first heard about the mobilization. I topped off at an all time high and was very unpleased with myself. I am doing well and on the right track and hope to keep up on my progress.

Hi I'm new to this challenge. I'm not new to sparks I was never committed long enough to get the success that I deserved. So I'm back ready to look at this from a different angle. Life style change (not diet) I need to relearn how to eat and exercise (only success for me). I'm soo serious this time. Cabinets and fridge have gotten a overhaul. My body is in motion at least 30 mins 6 days a week. I'm looking for anything that keeps my interest. I'm 100% sure I'm in the right place. So 8/10.. I will start my QuickFire Challenge
