Good afternoon all I just moved here from Maryland about 18 months ago. I was very skinny as a child matter of fact when I went into the Air Force I was 155lbs?
I moved down her for a job and lost it 7 months later and got re-married in that time. Working for a company I left in Maryland.
I'm like to write poetry, and short erotic stories
Well life work and ex-wives got in the way, my heavyset I was 333lbs, I've been down to 262lbs. I'm currently 275 down 5 from last week.
I found out last December I need a new hip, I need to lose 15 by this December. I guess racing motorcycles at 10, plus all the sports I played hard and still do when I get the chance.
It's great to meet all of you, and look forward to chatting.

Good evening spark family in North Carolina. A lot of my friends call me Lou. I stay in the Hope Mills area. My gym the YMCA Only has the weights outside And sometimes has Zumba or yoga in the afternoons. I miss going to the gym but I’m not letting it stop me from exercising. I mainly work out in the morning so I usually jog/walk or do the weights at the gym. For the past three days I’ve been getting 10,000 steps in. Cheering for everyone on their journey.
