Hi Raffie and a very warm emoticon to our team.
I agree with Donna...very strange for a consultant to suggest a target that you weren't happy with. I do the group weigh in and input the weight that members feel is best for them. Of course some decide to go a little lower later on but that's their decision.

I'm a target member, will be two years mid October and also a diamond member...it's all a balancing game with the plan and syns!! lol.

Are you moving far? Since I moved back from Spain (3yrs ago) I've moved twice so I know what an upheaval it all is.

Hello Raffie, great to have you here on our team. I am surprised that your SW consultant has set you an unrealistic target. I am lucky mine is okay with mine even though it is more than the charts say I should weigh. I was once 7 stones heavier and so I know that weight can't completely all disappear.

I enjoy Image therapy too though it doesn't always inspire me, we all have off days don't we!

It looks like you do lots of exercise!

Hi All.

I am a follower of SW, here in sunny (or not) Norfolk, over on the East Coast.

I've been on SW for about 4 months now and it's steadily shifted those last 7lb and I'm hovering around my goal weight, give or take a couple of lbs. I don't attend class at the moment as the goal that was set for me was just under 10stone, and at my height, I feel that's a bit unrealistic. I weigh at my gym or at home (scales are accurate and weigh exactly the same as gym, Drs scales and the ones at the hospital) too keep an eye on my weight while still following the plan.

I did love the IMAGE therapy, the other people, the recipes and the faceboook support though. We are in the throes of packing our home up to move so I have had an extra few syns of late as we'll be packing and all of a sudden it's 10pm and I've not had a proper tea. However, I do go to the gym every couple of days and ride my bike for 20+ miles every couple of days and walk my dogs for over an hour a day, so I pretty much burn those syns right off, which I know is not strictly on plan but it all seems to work.

Anyway, that's me. I am looking forward to joining in here.

Blessed are the cracked for it is those who let in the light.
