Babs...I don't know what you're eating at meal times and any snacks but maybe try and get some more filling foods in to help you towards bedtime and through the night. Is your main meal in the evening?
Have you been told by your doctor that you suffer from hypoglycemia?

Yes SP for a long time.
I followed WW and almost killed myself with malnutrition, thankfully im well again now. I continued to eat clean eating and cutting out junk and processed foods.
I hurt my back and was off work for some weeks not being able to walk and eating evening meals I've gained 12lb :(
I joined SW because my friend gave me a voucher and gave me a push to get going again.
My main problem is bread. I eat it for breakfast and again in the evening. I have to eat before bedtime to help maintain my sugar levels through the night. I'm not diabetic but do suffer low blood sugar first thing and eating helps keep it level?
The syns for bread are very high so unsure what i can have?

The whole Slimming World thing can indeed seem very daunting and confusing initially. I used to go to a class and still found it baffling at first. Luckily a friend (and my class leader) explained things to me. Once you get the hang of it it all makes sense and definitely works.
As Janet mentioned specific queries can be addressed to the team or discussed in the spark café. I left Slimming World (and this team) after successfully losing a stone and a half. Thought I knew it all and could go it alone. I was wrong and the support you can get here is invaluable.

emoticon to our team...although I can't see your sparkpage it looks like you've been a SP member for a while so emoticon too.

Thankfully I can attend a local group but I do know that sw has revamped their website and things are sometimes hard to find.
If you have any specific questions you could post them here and we'll try and help you.
We have a spark cafe where we post and chat so hope to see you there too.

I joined online as I have work commitments that I can't get to a meeting. Having done this now it sea very isolating . I'm still trying to work it all out but the online stuff seems all over place not very clear. emoticon
