Hi BabsUK1, Janet thank you. Sadly it is only that much bread on the new SW plan. However I see you have done red and green days in the past and there is NO REASON why you can't still do that and you'll be able to have more bread, two HEXB sections, so 2 small slices morning and night - Janet for one does Green days as it works for her. I vary between the new plan and Green days depending, we have to find an eating plan that fits in well for us!

Hello again...you can certainly get plenty of support from us here on this team so glad you've joined us. I don't know if you use facebook but there are several sw groups on there too.
Regarding your hexb choice of bread...can you use 2 medium slices of wholemeal bread from a small 400g loaf and have one for breakfast & the other before going to bed? Just a thought.

I eat bread for breakfast and before I go to bed. It's going to be terribly hard not to eat it 😕 I joined online as I can't get to meetings. It seems very lonely online?
