Hello fellow Slimmers.. I am Tally, a new sparky and SW member.. Had my first weigh in and lst 2lbs so it's a start..

I am 44, married to a soldier, with 2 children, one pink and one blue! And a puppy, he is ginger
.
I have a target in mind of 21 lbs to shift in total... My plan is one day at a time, learning new healthier habits..

Main aim is to improve fitness, I am very lazy! I will make any excuse.. I belong to a great gym, but never go! Hoping to change that.. I know I must!!

I am living on the Wirral, merseyside.. Love the view at night over the water..

Hello SW girls, and boys if we have any! I just found this team. I would love to join SW in reality but at the monmet cant afford it. I buy the magazines and love the plan. I often do their recipes. I am an oldie but a goodie not giving up yet! Iam trying to get fitter and lose more weight. I am on last stone but its provingto be very stubborn to go.
I live near Nottingham but have lived all over England and in Europe. THINK we are settled here. It is just myhusband and myself but got assorted offspring and family all oevr the place.
I am not new to Sparks, I love it and belong to several teams and am co leader of "Dont let the Scale rule your life." Please check that team out, we are struggling!
I look forward to getting ot know you and the general idea behind the team.

Good luck with your weigh-in.
You're quite right, sometimes a good loss is followed by a small one. Stick with the plan and you WILL lose weight.

Hi Janelley

Good luck for the 0.5lb loss tomorrow! You are doing really well. Yes often a small
loss follows a large one but its almost half a stone in total which is fantastic - you
lost both weeks and maintained that loss! That's cracking news.

Hiya Donna,

Hows your Monday going?

I have my weigh on tomorrow evening, I've my fingers crossed, I only need 0.5lb to get my half stone award. I was really disappointed last week as I only lost 0.5lb after a very surprising 6lbs the week before emoticon
I expect it's normal to have a small loss after a big loss, if you know what I mean?

I've added you a friend.. You are my first spark friend emoticon

emoticon emoticon welcome to the Slimming World team. I love this team, there are just a few of us, but we are so supportive to each other, so you have certainly come to the right place.
Do you do any exercise? If you do make sure to log it in the fitness tracker, we're a bit competitive here, which motivates us to keep at it.

Hi Ladies,

Allow me to introduce myself emoticon .

I'm J, mother of two girlies & partner to A.

I trying to lose the weight I gained during & after pregnancy with my baby daughter now 17mths. After trying it alone (not too hard emoticon ) on & off since the new year I managed to lose about a stone on my own but couldn't stay motivated emoticon

I've watched my childminder lose 3 stone + since the new year on Slimming World so thought I'd give it a go. On my first weigh-in I was 14st 13lb emoticon & felt awful but in the 2-weeks since then have lost 6.5lbs. I've joined your challenge to lose 14lbs by xmas so I am on to a good start.
