Welcome to SP. I have found this site to be helpful and I am sure you will also.
A few things, set small goals that are attainable. Journal your food and exercise. And remember to take one day at a time. It can seem overwhelming at times and if that happens take a step back and breathe. One step, one day at a time. You can do this and we are all here to help you.

Had a surgery in July. The weight has been creeping up on me since then. Think I was nervous about exercising. Not an excuse. Seriously was worried about damaging myself. Lost 100lbs back in 2009....20lbs back in past 3 1/2 months. Gotta get active....

Hey guys... just wanted to introduce myself being a newbie to this site. My name is Sarah and Im 23 from Southern California. I'm really excited to get going with my plan. I am already a member of an LA Fitness and I go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week, but its really my eating I have to get a handle on. I have done Weight Watchers before and gained valuable information from them, but didnt lose much weight. Hoping to find more motivation and people to connect with through this website. Wish me luck!!!
