Hi Michele!
Welcome and good for you!!! Julian M can kick some butt! You will be in shape before you know it if that is what you are doing!!! I have Bob's workout and it is a killer when I was able to actually attempt it.
I have one adult daughter who lives with me. We have two precious babies---one is 3...he is our Maltese, Pierre. The other is Fadee, our sweet cat who is 2.
I recently joined a gym but have to wait for doctor clearance to go back. Got a little sick and just trying to heal. I have to do low impact like swimming or bike.

My sister in VA has been dedicated to Sparkpeople and it has paid off. I am going to give it a try. I am a mother of two (3 and 5 yr olds), former military. Been the master of excuses since I had kids.

Just got into the Jillean Michaels Body Revolution. 30 minutes a day for six days. Realized I have no excuse if I can't carve out 30 min for me. Will admit that I am not on board for her diet just yet. Baby steps.

Look forward to the Spark experience.
