I have found that I can also be satisfied and get the taste of pizza just by using the toppings. I put pepperoni on a plate, put on some cooked sausage crumbles, bacon bits, chopped jalapenos, chopped olives, chopped banana peppers, cheese, a sprinkle of fennel seeds and microwave. You could also add a smear of pizza sauce and mushrooms if you want. Satisfies me! I have made pizza salads like this before too.

I love pizza. I only eat the toppings.

I need help, I cheat a lot on my low carb. In a year I have lost 20 lbs and , my high blood pressure dropped to normal . I am also hypo with hashimotos. The problem is Every time I cheat I gain 3lbs sometimes in a day, by just eating normal portions. Pizza is my biggest weakness. If anyone has recipes for low carb pizza please send them to me.
