Sounds like you are doing great!! You may not have to go lower than that carb allowance if you are still losing and not having any cravings!

Started reducing carbs along with eliminating (most) gluten & processed foods 4 weeks ago. Still feeling my way along but I feel so much better and I've lost 7 lbs & just shy of 17 inches. I'm finding it difficult to get under around 56 carbs for the day. Trying to figure out exactly what the correct amount of fat & protein should be. Hope to eventually find my happy place with my macronutrients...
