If you use a calendar then put your workout schedule on it. Then stick to it. On your blog or sparkpage write down if you go to the gym, what you did and for how long. If you do not go to the gym write that down and why you did not go. Then after a couple of weeks look at the entries and see if there is a pattern to why you do not want to exercise.

If you do not like exercising by yourself then join a class. I attend water fitness classes 3 times a week.

I exercise 5-6 days a week for an hour. It is on my calendar and I send myself reminders to go. I also record my exercise on one of the team threads. I feel guilty if I fail to exercise when all of my friends on the forum are exercising and they know if I do not exercise because I report exercise or no exercise.

So if you are serious then you need to go when you have planned to go and stick to your schedule.

I live around the Indianapolis,IN area. I go to the LA fitness up in my home town. I would like to try to go around 3x's a week but lately I have been going 1 time every 2 weeks, but I really need to get back into it. I have been going to the gym since February with my mom and a friend of hers but then I got my own membership and they stop going, I put my mom on with me but she doesn't go like she use to. So I have been going by myself here lately and that is why I don't much. I would like to meet someone there or on here that goes to the same one I go to and start working out together. I am slow right now at all the stuff since i'm still getting into it and i'm kind of big. But i'm ready to kick off this fatness off of me. I need to lose around 75lbs and I want it off by the end of this year or the beginning of next year. So if anyone is around here or goes to the gym I go to if you want to work out with me let me know I would love to work out with someone.
