Hi everyone! My name is Kim and I'm 48 yrs old. About a year I started just walking for exercise and then gradually added some other things. I have found that I really like to exercise. I may not be the fastest or the strongest, but I really miss it when I don't get to exercise for some reason. Wish me luck!

It looks like we are going to get rained out today - Sat. Maybe Sunday we will have better luck with the weather. Looks like I have no more excuses - House Cleaning Day!

Great everyone! Our meeting point is Mile 0(zero) at Caldwell/Devon Bike Trail. Let's ride to the 10 mile point, then back.
Since some may be more advanced, let's all go at our own pace. If we want, we can meet up at the StarBucks on the corner afterwards.
Let's meet Saturday @ 12n. I checked the weather and there is a chance of rain. If it is raining, then let's try on Sunday.

I am riding this Saturday or Sunday again. Starting at the BikePath Caldwell/Devon. I am shooting for the 12 mile mark then back.

Join us for our first SP Chicago Bike Ride. Several of us are meeting at Legion Park (Peterson/Lincoln) by the fountain Saturday, May 31st @ 12n.
This will put in some major minutes for our 1000 Challenge.

Hi! My name is Michelle and I am trying to hit my 125 goal! I have come to realize that I probably wont hit it by the time summer comes but I want to see some progress! Hopefully I can get to 135 by June 1st!!

Glad you are up for the challenge. 1000 minutes a month means a pretty consistent fitness schedule. I have an expensive gym membership and weight to shed so 1000 minutes is my challenge to myself and all of you!
