I understand! I have been wavering lately. I am still trying to get the right number of calories. I dropped too low and set myself up for failure. I do better if I stay away from white flour and sugar/baked goodies completely because once I start I crave them. It's hard to do though. :)

I am new here and love kettlebells. Lately I swap back and forth between road biking and kettelbell workouts. In the winter more kettlebells. I am about to turn 55 and never made such progress before, even when I was younger doing cardio and lifting heavy weights, as I have over the past year with kettlebells. I have made a home gym and have 10 lbs through a 60 lb one. I wore our mail carrier out ordering kbs. She told me the man down the road got one in the mail the same day I got my 60. His was only a 25. ;) LOL

A little about me. I am a minister, mostly outreach to the elderly in nursing homes. Married since 1984 to a former Household Cavalry sergeant from England. We have 2 small dogs and a bird. I live in a rural area. Love to cook healthy and adventurously.

Last year for my birthday my husband surprised me with a treetop obstacle course adventure!

Trying to lose about 25-30 pounds. I had a total hysterectomy for uterine cancer and take meds for asthma and allergies, and I like food, so sometimes it's a struggle. I am aiming for fitness and building muscle right now.
