Between the heat and the thunderstorms, we haven't had much exercise at all. I love spring and fall, but surprisingly, our greyt loves winter and snow. He just wilts in the heat and a walk is torture for him.

Glad you found you way to Spark. There is so much at first that it can be a little overwhelming. I think you are right to take it is small increments.

Track your food and continue walking your greyts. They will love and it will be good for you too.

I just started reading the Spark book a few weeks ago. This website is awesome. My first goal is just to keep track of what I'm eating and of course watching. I hoping to implement exercise soon. I do walk my greys almost everyday, its been sooo hot, even for them. I'm really excited to meet people who love greyhounds as much as I do.
