Hey every one. I've been doing jillians workouts for 4 years now. Off and on. She is my go to girl and I'm about to start a new rotation with her. I'm not over weight. But why wait till u are to start working out? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I have 3 kids never gained any left over weight. But that doesn't mean I was part with a super model figure either. I haven't worked out in months and I want my energy back. I want to push my limit and with Jillian you know you'll push limits
