I understand I had that trouble when I was in high school. I have always had to watch my eating or lack. but since hitting 40 even though I do not eat any more than before but I pack on weight. I keep at 128 I have trouble staying at 124 when I can get there. I have tried everything I can think of. With my back I have trouble exercising the way I want to hopefully when we get the house if we get to keep the excercise equipment I can work out in the house on bad weather days.

Thanks for the welcomes, guys! emoticon

LORAC67, I got to 111 by years of over exercising and years of under eating, and I would not recommend it to anybody.

If you read my Sparkpage, you will see I have a constant battle on my hands to moderate my exercise and increase my food. My lowest weight was 98 lbs, and I was really very sick. I got to 117 a few months ago, but sadly have dropped again back down to 111.

I have a very supportive husband and two teenage sons, all of whom are helping me to get back on track, increase my food and try and get my exercise down to a more realistic level which is far more healthy than what I've been doing.

I shall never give up workout out completely, but I know I need to take things down a notch or two and get myself back to a more healthy and sustainable level in terms of food and exercise.

Onwards and upwards!

Please read my ticker backwards as I am trying to gain weight.

........... although I'm not new to JM.

I've been using her workouts for several months now, after quitting my over-expensive gym (heaven knows how much money and time they've had from me in the last 12 years!) and starting working out at home - I've never looked back!

I love Jillian and her way of working out - kick butt, no rest, messy and sweaty! No messing with her is there?!

My absolute favourite is Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, but I've also got myself hooked on most of her other DVDs aswell, and I rotate them all throughout my week on a regular basis.

Yesterday I received Ripped in 30 and did weeks 1 and 2 back to back this morning. I thought "Level 1 - hey, this is easy" and it wasn't too bad, but 1/2 way through level 2 my legs were shaking! It was a step up from the 30 DS and quite a shock I can tell you! JM never fails to wake me up, just when I think things are getting comfortable!

Anyway, looking forward to checking in with this team and hopefully contributing in some way.
