Thank you for all the support so far week 1 is going well. Yes I have had one match back in May and did well but I need to get ready for another fight in 5 months and this one is going to be tough. I have to drop weight to get in a better weight class I'm only 5' tall and with my current weight I'm matched up against some pretty tall girls with major reach. I'm hoping if I drop weight I'll fight girls more my size.

Hey Everyone,
My Body revolution kit is to be delivered tomorrow and I plan on starting fresh and new on Monday! My goal is to lose 25 lbs to get me in a better weight class for boxing. I plan on doing Jillian's Body revolution and my normal boxing workouts everyday. I am scared I'm going to burn myself out but Boxing creates too much muscle and does not help me lose excess weight.

I'm hoping to find some support in this group and I'm hoping to be a support for you!
