losing 15 pounds

Hey everyone. Joining the Sparkteam list to motivate myself into losing weight, I have already lost 15lbs on my own through changing my diet by bringing my on lunch to work. I saw the Jillian Body Revolution on tv this morning and decided to order it after reading your comments and results on this board. I used to work out regularly until my work hours changed 2 years ago so the pounds have started piling on plus that and the fact that I am over 50 all helped contribute to the weight gain. I work 10 hour days and can't seem to find the time for the gym anymore when I saw the add on tv I thought 30 mins a day when I get home would be perfect...
If anyone has any tips or suggestions let me know.
