Ok, this was supposed to go in the "introduce yourself thread'...oops!
There's a lot of forums to choose from, but I like the energy of jillian. I do have several of her workouts of which I will incorporate lighter workouts such as walking, elliptical work, etc. I'm off to look at the other threads on here for daily inspiration.
