Take this first week to familiarize yourself with the tools here. Once you get used to using them, it becomes easier to use them even when you are busy. Personally, I spent my first week learning to use the tools, and just tracking everything I was already eating and doing for exercise. It gave me a baseline to work from. It also gave me a chance to really decide what my goals were, and how to get there.

This site can only provide the support and the tools to reach these goals. You need to put the hard work in. Personally, I end up kicking my own butt every day. Feel free to check out my blogs to see how I kick my butt out the door to get my fitness in. I can tell you, once I am finished with my exercise for the day, I feel great. No more I should do this and I should do that. Instead, I feel accomplished, and able to relax and enjoy the rest of my day.

emoticon to the team. WOW very active family yes indeed! Love it just like our family.

I too love sports, played soccer, tennis, basketball, track n field and cheerleading. Zip lining is one of mine and hubby's fav thing to do. Everywhere we go we find a zip line to do, last one was in Vegas weird one though b/c harness was where you actually sat down and zipped away down the line.

Hey there! I'm Carmen and I found this great motivating website a few months ago. It has helped me to get a better focus on my goals. I'm 21 and from California. I grew up playing sports and the one's I played throughout high school were soccer, tennis, and basketball. I grew up with a dad who loved the outdoors and so my life also consists of rafting, hiking, zip lining, rock climbing, jet skiing, boating, camping....you get the picture haha So I have a pretty active family but we all know that we could do things to be healthier. If you want to know anything else, ask away! :)
